Valid Kenyan National Identity Card
Current (Valid) Certificate of Good Conduct from DCI
Medical fitness letter from a
Government Hospital
Letter from Local Chief (Home Location) with
official stamp and telephone number
Letters from 3 referees with copies of their ID cards attached.
One must be a close relative
Copy of KRA PIN certificate
Copy of NSSF card
Copy of SHA card (Social Health Authority)
Two colored passport size photos
Original birth certificate (Optional)
